"Top Chef" Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions:
1). Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least an hour.
2). Keep cold. Serve chilled.
