Jumping Jacks are Fun - and Free!

On October 11 at precisely 3 pm, First Lady Michelle Obama kicked off the National Geographic Kids challenge to break the world record for the most people doing jumping jacks in a 24 hour period. Accompanied by local school children, the First Lady took to the South Lawn and led the children in an exercise that does everything the experts say we need to do to keep our kids healthy and fit. To not only witness a model physical education (PE) program in action, but to experience it – in other words, walk the talk.
