"Top Chef" Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 turkey tenderloin
A sprinkle of salt
A sprinkle of pepper
1 tsp honey
A sprinkle of cumin
A sprinkle of coriander
Directions:
1). Season the turkey with salt and pepper and grill, sear or bake.
2). Mix the honey with the cumin and coriander.
3). After the turkey is cooked, brush the loin with the spiced honey; slice and serve.
