"Top Chef" Farro Pilaf

Ingredients:
1/2 cup farro
1 1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
1 tbsp feta cheese
1 tbsp currants
1 tsp pine nuts toasted
1 mint leaf, chopped
splash of sherry vinegar
1 tsp capers
Directions:
1). Cook the farro in salted water according to package directions , strain and toss with remaining ingredients.
2). Enjoy!
