I am thrilled to share that the #0to60 Campaign is officially live! A collaborative effort between the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition and the National Foundation on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition, #0to60 aims to empower Americans of all ages to adopt a healthy lifestyle that includes regular physical activity and good nutrition. We teamed up with First Lady Michelle Obama and Funny Or Die star, Nick Offerman, to unveil a new #0to60 App, mobile-ready website, and “History of Exercise” video!
In service to the Council’s mission and the First Lady’s vision with Let’s Move!, the #0to60 App and mobile-ready website serve as hubs for motivational information and resources. These new tools were designed to support the most important person in your life on the daily journey from #0to60—YOU! The app and website puts content from the nation’s leaders in physical activity, nutrition, and sports, right in the palm of your hand. You can also get insights on healthy living directly from members of the President’s Council including Allyson Felix, Rachael Ray, and Chris Paul. But don’t stop there, find something you’re interested in and get moving!

Equally as exciting as the app and website is the hilarious new “History of Exercise” video we developed in partnership with Funny Or Die, the American Heart Association, the American Council on Exercise, and the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association. Inspired by the rich 60-year history of the President’s Council, and the many faces of fitness through the decades, the video recaps the ever-changing world of fitness. It also underscores the fact that, although exercise routines have changed, the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle remains the same. But I’m sure you already knew that, right? Watch the First Lady and Nick Offerman work it out in the “History of Exercise” video.
