Tune in tonight as First Lady Michelle Obama joins Univision’s “Sábado Gigante” show to talk with kids about one of her favorite topics--the importance of eating healthy. Just last month, as part of Let's Move!, the White House welcomed more than 50 young people from all around the country for the Kids State Dinner, and the First Lady wants kids to know that you don't have to come to the White House to start whipping up your own healthy recipes... you can do it with your family right in your own kitchen.

“Sábado Gigante” is one of the most popular Spanish-language television shows in the United States, and the First Lady  will address the viewers in Spanish and English and talk about why staying active and eating well matters for their future. Later in the show, Mrs. Obama will specifically talk with kids on the show’s segment “Conversando con los Niños” (Speaking with the Kids).

The show will air tonight, Saturday, August 24 at 8 p.m. EDT on Univision. So what are you waiting for--grab an apron and get cookin'!
