First Lady Michelle Obama participated in a WebMD Town Hall in Homestead, Florida, and answered questions from audience members about how American families can make healthy choices. Mrs. Obama encourages parents to take an active role in helping kids eat healthy and be active, as part of her Let’s Move! initiative.
The First Lady emphasizes the importance of exercise, and shares what her favorite work is.
“So the important thing is for people to find the thing that they love, especially when you're starting out. What's the thing that you think you can do? If you like music, then go with the dancing.”
