As kids enjoy these last few weeks of summer before stuffing their backpacks with school supplies and books, they’ll need to think about how they’re going to answer one essential question: “What did you do this summer?”

For some families, summer is a time to get away and explore new surroundings, while for others it is a time to stay home and catch up on overdue projects. Regardless, everyone can agree that summer is a time to get off the couch, get outside and get moving.

So to celebrate the remaining weeks of summer, we want to hear from you about how your family got moving this summer. Did you go on a family bike ride to watch the 4th of July fireworks? Or perhaps start a garden of summer fruits and vegetables?
